Chinese EV giant BYD has announced the renaming of its mid-size plug-in hybrid sedan previously known as “Chaser 07” to “Seal DM-i”. In terms of powertrain, the car offers two options: a Xiaoyun plug-in hybrid 1.5L engine and a Xiaoyun plug-in hybrid turbocharged 1.5T engine, paired with an EHS hybrid system and a high-capacity power blade battery specifically designed for hybrid cars.
